In terms of phone coverage, mobile communication is available via 4G data networks. The three major mobile service suppliers in Morocco are Maroc Telecom, Orange and Inwi. SIM cards can be purchased at any service booths, outlets of these suppliers and cell phone stores, once you’ve provided identification and paid for phone credit. All phone numbers are 10 digits. Phone credit can be accessed by recharging online or at convenience stores. Follow the signs, and if you’re confused, be sure to ask for help.
The cancellation requests should be made in writing to the Company. If we get any cancellation in 10 days or more prior to tour commencement, we will refund deposit via PayPal. If we receive any cancellation in 9 days or less prior to tour commencement, no refund will be made.
Morocco is a vast country to visit at anytime of the year. However, it can get a bit busy and overrun with tourists in late December. In terms of the weather, it is the most mild during Spring (normally from March to May) when temperatures on average ranging from 11 – 28°C (52 – 82°F). And during Autumn (normally from September to November) when temperatures range from 11 – 32°C (52 – 90°F). During Summer (normally from June to August), temperatures can reach 40°C (104°F) or more in the daytime and around 19°C (66°F) in the night. In Winter (from December to February), the temperature ranges from 7 – 21°C (45 – 70°F) and there is snow in the mountain area.
As a destination, Morocco is a place that might be vastly different to home. The following tips are worth following if you want to stay well while on tour: · Drink only boiled or bottled water as tap water · Avoid street vendor food · Only eat completely cooked food · Do not handle animals to prevent the risk of rabies · Do not swim in rivers or lakes to avoid parasitic disease. Yes, if you wish. We can arrange your transportation only and you book your own accommodation.
April and December are peak seasons for tourists to visit Morocco. The tour price will be much higher than other months because of higher accommodation costs. Most of good accommodations is likely sold out several weeks before. Thereby, we strongly recommend to book your tour as early as possible if you plan to come during these periods. If your schedule allows, we highly recommend to avoid traveling during peak seasons so as to let you enjoy the best experience and avoid the crowds.
No, sometimes the tour price might even be higher for last minute booking. In other words, if you book in less than a week before the commencement of the tour. We constantly receive such inquiries few days before tour starts. We do our best to accommodate the booking requests. However, since we select our accommodations and constantly receive good reviews from our clients, their rooms are sold out quickly. So not to affect your experience, we recommend to book your tour earlier. Do not expect a lower price for last minute booking.
