Terms and Conditions for Group Tours

Read the terms and conditions carefully before booking. By making a reservation for any group tour, we assume that you have read and agreed our terms and conditions.

Payment:

All prices are in EURO and prices are per person not per tour.
Deposit of EUR50 will be collected upon booking. The balance payment will be paid by CASH upon the tour commencement. If you wish to pay the balance payment via Paypal, 5% surcharge will be collected as handling fee and payment should be made 3 days before the tour if using this payment method.
You may also settle the balance payment in USD or Moroccan Dirhams. Please find exchange rate here for information.
The client will receive a confirmation of payment and booking via email. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any problem in receiving the confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The cancellation requests should be made in writing to the Company. If we get any cancellation in 10 days or more prior to tour commencement, we will refund deposit via PayPal. If we receive any cancellation in 9 days or less prior to tour commencement, no refund will be made.

Responsibilities:

Avandra Tours assumes NO responsibility for its clients’ negligence, misconduct( gross misconduct) or thoughtless behavior that might lead to their own or others' personal injury or death.
Avandra Tours assumes NO responsibility for its clients’ loss or damage of their own equipment, nor in case of person/property deterioration by either of the group members.

Others:

We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off and therefore the pickup time may be slightly different for various guests. Please let us know the pick-up/drop-off location (e.g. Riad/Hotel name and address where you stay) as soon as possible for our tour arrangement.

If you have any special requests such as dietary requirements, write to us in advance and will try our best to accommodate.
