The Imperial City
Fes is the second largest city of Morocco and one of the oldest cities. It is famous for its alleys and narrow streets . Our visit starts by visiting the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish quarter, the first Mellah ever built during the 16th century. The famous University of al-Qarawiyyin located in Fes is one of the oldest universities in the world. We will also visit the Tanneries, Al-Attarine Madrasa and Mulay Idriss Mausoleum. After lunch, you will visit the tiles cooperatives and then experience a wonderful panoramic view over the whole Medina of Fes
